13th ANNUAL CIRCUIT-A-THON

MIHP supports Common Ground Sanctuary, an Oakland County non-profit agency dedicated to helping youths, adults and families in crisis.

Come take part in a 2-hour, 20-25 station partner exercise circuit to raise money for a great cause! Exercise stations will be set up outdoors and include the use of steps, balls, tubing, dumbbells, bodyweight and a lot of laughter. Prizes will be raffled off at the end of the Circuit-a-thon. Earn tickets each time you complete the circuit!

Through a contract with Oakland County Community Mental Health Alliance, Common Ground's Crisis Resource Center serves as the gateway for individuals seeking public mental health services in Oakland County. The Center, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week provides:

• Emergency Psychiatric Services.
• 24-hour Resource and Crisis Helpline
• Teen 2 Teen Talk Line
• Mobile Crisis Team
• Street Outreach Program

In addition, the REALife Outreach Center offers outpatient counseling including interpersonal and recreational groups, educational assistance, community referrals and crisis intervention for homeless and runaway youth ages 12-22.
