- How do I make my middle (core) my friend v. my foe?

- How does this all fit into the big picture?
 
Lab (Exercise Session)
Core training ideas using:
- Medicine Balls
- Swiss balls
- Body weight
- Rubber tubing pulleys
- Dumbbells
- Foam rolls and pads

Individuals will have he opportunity to take part in a circuit training session designed to optimize core function and fitness.
