2. Biomechanical Consultations - $150 per hour (performed in 15-minute increments)

A follow-up to the Lunch and Learn session, the Biomechanical Consultation allows an
individual to speak to an MIHP Movement Training Specialist regarding injuries. A
quick screening is performed and the individual is advised on the Biomechanical Screen.

3. The Biomechanical Screen - $65/hour (Health fairs, booths, etc.)

The TriPLAYnar Biomechanical Screen is a 5-point screening exam designed to test
movement at the three key rotational spots of the body: the ankles, the hips and the
thoracic spine.

A lack of rotation in these areas has been shown to increase rotational forces in the knees,
low back and shoulder and is often the cause of repetitive motion disorders, chronic
neck/back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritic pain and many other musculoskeletal
disorders.

The participant will be asked to perform the 5 screening tests and then be advised, based
on the results of the screening, on a series of exercises from The Daily Dozen. The Daily
Dozen are 12 bodyweight-oriented exercises designed to correct most biomechanical
asymmetry at the sub-clinical level. Designed and compiled by the MIHP Think Tank,
the Daily Dozen exercise series is targeted towards the individuals who struggle with
pain issues, chronic injury and/or difficulty losing weight due to difficulty moving.

The screening is performed by a certified Movement Training Specialist from MIHP.
