Optimal Athletic Conditioning Miniseries (1 day/ 8 CEUs) One-day seminars focusing on training specific biomotor qualities. Periodization concepts are included. Lab/lecture format. Miniseries topics are as follows:

About the speaker...
A board certified physical therapy orthopedic specialist and a certifies strength and condition specialist, Sherry McLaughlin has been involved in the design and implementation of the athletic conditioning and performance enhancement programs for athletes of all levels in Southeastern Michigan. She has been an adjunct faculty member for Macomb Community College since 1992, instructing courses in kinesiolgy and orthopedic treatment techniques.

She is a dynamic speaker and looks forward to the opportunity to share idea and thoughts that will bridge the gap between science and sports performance.
