You can't find where you are going if you don't know where you are!

This is true with all things in life, including athletics. To achieve the goals you set you need a map. Engineered Athletics and Fitness is dedicated to testing and gathering accurate data that is used to track and enhance athletic performance.

Engineered Athletics and Fitness Engineered Athletics and Fitness conducts six standardized tests to measure and track how athletes progress during training. Athletes' results are graphed and posted to our website at www.engineeredathletics.com. In addition to those standardized tests we provide sub VO2, VO2 max, RMR and body fat testing. VO2 Max testing is considered by exercise physiologists to be the ultimate indicator of cardiovascular fitness. While RMR (resting metabolic rate) testing measures how many calories you burn during rest. This can be used to fine tune your diet for maximum athletic performance.

For more information on VO2 max testing and performance testing, contact Nick Tonkin at 248-709-1759 or via e-mail form.
