Hard Core Training is intended to enhance and optimize work performance -- it will change the way you think, move and perform!  Learn why:

  • Conventional training methods fall short of training core stability.
  • A strong core leads to a strong working performance.
  • Core training gets to the root of today's injuries.

Lecture will include discussion on: defining the core, reviewing functional biomechanics, postures from the real world, and more!

Lab will focus on integrated core training principles utilizing body weight exercises, proprioceptive/balance training, Swiss ball training, dumbbell, tubing and medicine ball training.
