This one-day seminar is intended to enhance and optimize work performance. Hard Core Training will change the way you think, move and perform!

Lecture will include discussion on: defining the core, reviewing functional biomechanics, postures from the real world, and more!

Lab will focus on integrated core training principles utilizing body weight exercises, proprioceptive/balance training, Swiss ball training, dumbbell, tubing and medicine ball training.
