POST-REHAB PROGRAM

For physical therapy patients who would like to continue working on their program after they have exceeded their physical therapy visits, the post-rehab program is available for up to 2 months. To be eligible, you must sign up for post-rehab within a month of your discharge from PT to be eligible.
