The Violinist's Daily Dozen

Don't let headaches, neck pain and arm pain impact your performance. The Violinist's Daily Dozen was developed by the MIHP Think Tank in response to a growing need for injury prevention in the music community. Symptoms in the neck and arm are common and often career-ending in the professional violinist. The Violinist's Daily Dozen keeps these injuries away by correcting muscular and postural imbalances that occur with prolonged performance and practice times. Just a few minutes a day can save your career.
