I just wanted to update you on my foot pain and exercises. Well, doing these exercises changed my foot enough to have me cancel surgery! I was only doing them half-heartedly as they were not prescribed by my doctor. When I went in for my pre-op, my doctor was AMAZED that something was changing. I told him I had received these exercises from you and that they were changing things. My 2nd met pain had decreased in intensity, but I did develop 3rd met pain. He feels the 3rd met pain will go away as it is probably from using my foot differently.... Thank you so much for answering my original post and for being so kind as to follow up with me via email. If it wasn’t for your exercises I would have all ready had foot surgery and maybe have done more damage! Thanks again!"

" Tracy, I can't thank you enough!!! I think Carl might have told you, but I ran the Lincoln Marathon yesterday and qualified for Boston! PRAISE GOD! :) It was so incredible. "Everyday I watch Zonya's Health Bites and enjoy watching you and find your explanations, descriptions , precautions to be taken and the demos all extremely helpful. I see a doctor at Rothman Institute and also went thru PT for a month and now receiving Supartz injections in both knees (once a week for 5 weeks). You identify problems, specify the mode of action and demonstrate the correct way of performing the exercise.... Your mannerism and presentation is easy to follow, sets the right pace and relaxing to follow so you don't focus on the number of times or the time itself, you tend more to enjoy what you're doing and enjoy it and get more out of it as a result. I enjoy you most of all, watching the show. "
