Tracy is a 1995 graduate of Macomb Community College’s physical therapist assistant program and a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has dedicated her professional career to the treatment and prevention of orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
Tracy is responsible for developing and instructing circuit-training classes for the YMCA. She has presented TriPLAYnar Technology programs at General Motors. She has presented the Functional Strength Training and Hard Core Training seminars to clinicians and trainers in the Midwest. She presents Run Pain-Free clinics regularly in conjunction with Running Fit stores in Metro Detroit.
Her expertise in exercise prescription and biomechanics has helped hundreds of individuals reach their goals in athletic participation, including marathons, triathlons and cycling. She is the Director of Performance Enhancement at MIHP and is one of the founding members of the MIHP Think Tank.
Tracy is known by her peers as an innovator in training design, utilizing her combined expertise in rehabilitation and strength and conditioning to guide her clients to their highest performance levels. Her upbeat, energetic style motivates her clients towards a better lifestyle.
